Mirah Agus is the Founder/CEO of Beaufort Group of Companies (hereinafter collectively referred as ‘Beaufort’) since 2004.

Mirah has been in the Audit, Accounts, Tax and Corporate Secretarial Industry since 1997.

Drawing on knowledge and experience accumulated over the years, Mirah specialises in helping new start-ups, entrepreneurs and foreign investors alike in setting up their companies in Singapore and providing corporate advice as well as support service to these companies. She is also proficient in assessing client’s accounting needs and reviewing on internal control and accounting system for emerging businesses as well as providing corporate as well as personal tax planning within the legal framework.

Mirah’s cumulative wealth of experience in tax advice and compliance expertise on a range of taxation issues for both companies and individuals alike has made her business partner with many of her client companies.

David Lim Tien joined Beaufort in 2016 as Client Relations and Business Development Director.

David is a modern Renaissance man, having multi-disciplinary background and wealth of 30-year diversified work experience as an Architect, Forensic Lease Analysis Audit Consultant of a Real Estate Law Firm, Publisher, Founder of a Non-Profit Organisation, Mortgage and Fund Raising Consultant. He was also a Co-founder of an IT Solutions Company. Just before joining Beaufort, he was an Independent Financial Consultant for three years.

Coming from such a diversified background, David understands the the challenges of entrepreneurs and business owners alike. Our clients have gained much from his insights and his generous advice, ideas and solutions for effective business risk management & cash flow management and the importance of internal control systems.

David also spearheaded implementation of digital solutions with Xero, Beautiful Cloud Accounting and Management Tool and its add-on apps for Beaufort and our clients.

Goldie Discipulo is Beaufort's Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive.

Goldie is our longest-serving personnel in Beaufort, having worked with the Company since 2007. Over 12 years of practising as a Corporate Secretary, Goldie has served all kinds of clients, ranging from new start-ups to fast growing corporations. Her core expertise is in the area of corporate restructuring exercise which entails amendment of constitution, issuance of different classes of shares and executing Series A and Series B Fundraising Exercise. Her complaisant attitude towards our clients aligns with our Company’s 3 Pillars of Service Values – client-centric, attitude of excellence and integrity. Goldie is married with a teenage daughter.

Fritzie Silvio is Beaufort's Corporate Secretarial Executive.

Fritzie’s career with Beaufort started in May 2013. Her remarkable ability to engage with our clients goes beyond her call of duty and is indeed commendable. Fritzie is competent in incorporating Singapore Companies as well as Offshore Companies. She also manages Beaufort's portfolio of our Japanese clients. Fritzie is married with two young boys.
